ABOUT

Since our inception, W. Allen Enterprises, LLC has been totally
focused on building a quality service for our consumers. 

Established in 2011, WAE is a small emergency management consulting firm, located in Colleyville, tx. With over 25 years in business, we live up to our motto of “striving to improve resilience” for all clients and leave them with consultatively productive and enriching experiences.

Currently, WAE holds a certification for Leadership, Communication Solutions in a stressed environment, and Emergency Management Consultation with the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency for Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), CERTIFICATION NO. BMMB95879N0722.

W. Allen is a retired U.S. Airforce colonel whose with a thirty-five-year career in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard. During his service, he earned a Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service, five Air Force Outstanding Unit Awards at three different organizations, and other medals.

 

During his time as a service member, he held a wide range of leadership positions that included command of a Dallas-based, Cyber Operations Group, comprised of more than 600 service members that deployed on missions around the world to provide military and civilian telecommunications that met national security objectives. Concurrently, Allen was tasked with preparing and mobilizing his units to deploy to numerous disasters, including Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and many others.

 

He has been appointed over many disaster management programs including:

  • Coronavirus Aid, Recovery and Economic Security Act (CARES) as the Grant Program Manager and Clearinghouse Coordinator which includes the FEMA

  • Emergency Management Program Grant

  • Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Grant

  • Federal Disaster Grants. 

 

He is the manager of the FEMA Grant DR-4485 used for administering the COVID vaccination program for his city as well. Lastly, he is in charge of over $11.9M for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for his city.
